VITA STUDENT

Every Vita Student development has been designed to enhance the student experience and provide a quality living environment for all tenants.

Each of their properties have its own secure Vita Student Hub Space to allow tenants to relax, study and socialise with other residents outside of their individual luxury studios. These large communal spaces will include a state of the art gym, collaborative learning suites, lounge areas and game areas.

The Vita Student Management team will also run regular social activities to enrich the community spirit within the development with the hope of building lasting relationships between all tenants.

They have also developed a Vita Student App that allows tenants to not only check if their laundry is ready and report maintenance issues but also socialise with neighbours within the building in a private social community.

They also invite all their residents to rate the level of service and quality of product within the app so they can continually monitor customer feedback and improve.
