COVENTRY UNIVERSITY
Coventry University has a long tradition as a provider of education. Its roots go as far back as Coventry College of Design in 1843. It is a forward-looking, modern university with a proud tradition as a provider of high quality education and a focus on applied research.
Coventry is a student city that’s easy to get to and easy to get around. The Coventry campus spreads across the heart of the city centre, with each building within easy walking distance. It is only an hour from London by train and 20 minutes from Birmingham.
Students benefit from state-of-the-art equipment and facilities in all academic disciplines including health, design and engineering laboratories, performing arts studios and computing centres. As an undergraduate or postgraduate student at Coventry University you will be taught in one of four faculties or schools. These are the Coventry School of Art and Design, the Faculty of Business, Environment and Society, the Faculty of Engineering and Computing and the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
The city-centre campus is continually developing and evolving, and has plans for further investment in it over the next few years. In Coventry you will find everything you would expect from a vibrant ultra-modern city and, because of the university’s city centre location, everything is within walking distance. On campus, TheHub is the centre of student life: it is the place to gather, grab a coffee with friends, have a meal, see a band in the SU, or just hang out.
