We would like to bring to your attention the special promotion being adopted by VITA Students for Cyprus only and for bookings made during May 2018.
VITA Students is willing to offer a No Place, No pay policy to students in Cyprus, whereby any bookings made between 01.05.2018 and 31.05.2018 to conditional offer holders who pay their £ 350 booking fee, will correspond to a contract which can be cancelled if the student does not achieve his/her offer. This means that the student if the student does not make their university conditional offer, they will lose the booking fee but will not be liable to pay any rent or rent installments and will be released from the contract without any other claims towards him/her.
*Please also note that there will be a price increase on all rooms throughout VITA sites in June, so your May bookings will also benefit from lower prices and good availability of cheaper studio options.
