The University’s main campus is in Twickenham within the grounds of Strawberry Hill House and it is Britain’s finest example of Georgian Gothic Revival architecture. There is also student accommodation provided by the university only 5 minutes away walking distance. St. Mary’s is also equipped with a sports field and the new Naylor Library, which opened in autumn 2015.
Twickenham is an affluent suburban town in south-west London, England. It lies on the River Thames and is one hour away from London city centre by train and only a 47-minute journey to Heathrow airport. The city is full of history, and its town centre is famous for being the home of the English rugby union, with hundreds of thousands of spectators visiting Twickenham Stadium, the world’s largest rugby stadium, each year. This area is also home to three grand period mansions with public access: York House, Marble Hill and Strawberry Hill House.
